Pre-Order FAQ's
-You payment method is not charged until the order can be fulfilled.
-Orders are processed and your payment method is charged upon merchandise arriving in our warehouse. You will receive an automatic order email once the order is complete.
-Orders will be fulfilled in the order of submission. Due to high volume we suggest placing your Pre-Order as soon as possible.
-Pre-Orders are exchangeable/refundable within 14 days of receiving your order. You can review our return policy HERE.
-State tax and other standard charges may apply. These will not be reflected on the form above.
-Pre-Orders are only available within the USA.

Shipping FAQ's
-Complimentary standard ground shipping is offered on all pre-orders within the USA. Shipping rates apply for specialty methods.
-Merchandise within a pre-order containing multiple items are subject to ship at different times. Items ship based on arrival in our warehouse. If you have selected a specialty shipping method or are outside of the USA, you are subject to multiple shipping charges.
-If a shipping method is not selected, your Pre-Order will default to the basic standard shipping available.
