*We ship from our warehouse in Kennesaw, GA. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST to accommodate shipping windows above. We do not ship to PO boxes. Due to high volume, shipping delays during holiday times may occur.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges (USA)
We gladly accept domestic returns and exchanges on full-price merchandise, as well as full-priced merchandise purchased with a promotional code, within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, all items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached. A 15 USD handling fee will be deducted from your refund on domestic returns. Please note that this fee does not apply to exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these criteria.
